At TickePilot ensuring that personal information that you voluntary provided our company is secure and kept confidential is our highest priority. We understand that in order to make purchase online you need to trust our procedures and policies.
Therefore we will through the following privacy statement make sure that you are provided with a detailed list of our privacy practices.

Customer’s Account:
In order to make any reservation in our web site you will need to fill up a personal profile account. Saving those information in your profile will make it easier for you to use TicketPilot.ca for future purchases and reservations. Ticketpilot will not reveal your profile to anyone than travel suppliers as Airlines, Hotel, Car rental companies and Tour Operator in order to complete and confirm your reservation.

Customer’s profile information:
TicketPilot collect the full name and contact number for any customer when a travel reservation is made. We may also collect information about each traveler’s preferences, including meals request, seat selection, preferred airlines, hotel or car Rental Company, frequent flyer/hotel/car rental program numbers. Once entered and saved those information can be changed at any time by accessing our database with your username and password. If someone other than yourself is included in your reservation file we may collect travel preferences. However those information will not be saved to your profile.

Purchase information:
TicketPilot collects the billing address of the credit card that is used to purchase travel. We are also collecting credit card number, card type, cardholder’s name, expiration date in order to bill your purchased. For your protection and security we do not save credit card information.

Log files:
We use Ip addresses to analyze trends, administer the site, and track user’s movement. IP addresses are not linked to personally identifiable information

Cookies:
Cookies are simple text files that are stored on your computer or mobile device by a website’s server. Each cookie is unique to your web browser. It will contain some anonymous information such as a unique identifier, website’s domain name, and some digits and numbers.

Security, Protection against loss, misuse or alteration:
All the personal information you provided to Ticketpilot.ca during the purchasing process is transmitted using a secure socket layer (SSL). SSL is a proven coding system that lets your browser automatically encrypt, or scramble, data before you send it.

We restrict access to the data to only those required to use the data on your behalf. All our staff is familiar with our internal policy document and security training is supplemented with regular learning session. In addition we actively monitor the Web site for breaches in security and on a regular basis conduct security reviews.

Correct, update or cancel your Profile
At anytime, you can change or modify your personal information you previously provided by logging in with your user name and password. Then go to profile. If you wish to cancel your profile please send us an email at customer@ticketpilot.com and request your profile to be removed from our database.
